草榴社区地址 and Deering High's global initiatives partnership covered by the Forecaster

The Forecaster on Jan. 29th ran a story on the new partnership between Deering High School and 草榴社区地址's Global Initiatives Program.

As a result of the new partnership, Deering students will be able to attend lectures by international experts at 草榴社区地址鈥檚 Portland campus.  草榴社区地址 students who have travelled abroad will also share their experiences with Deering students.  草榴社区地址 faculty will provide professional development for Deering鈥檚 staff on topics such as the importance of developing a global outlook. 草榴社区地址's Associate Provost for Global Initiatives, Anouar Majid, Ph.D., was quoted in the story.
